Manuel Solanet, Director of Public Policies at the Fundación Libertad y Progreso, was awarded the “Engineering 2021” award by the Argentine Engineers Club. At the national level, the most important award in the profession.
Since 1969, the Argentine Center of Engineers has honored, every two years, the journey of an engineer with the “Engineering” award. In addition to the basic conditions that applicants for the award must have (ethics and capacity, among others), the organizers require another, more particular characteristic in each edition. This year they elected an engineer who has contributed to the prestige of the profession with active and public participation.
When discussing possible recipients, reference is made to the basis of the Engineering Award: professional councils, academies, engineering groups and consulting centers, among others, are the ones who propose the candidates.
Solanet is a talented professional and model citizen. The members of the Fundación Libertad y Progreso celebrate this recognition.
